Bu Gizlilik Politikası, OrEx Vision (“Uygulama”, “biz”) tarafından hangi verilerin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını ve korunduğunu açıklar.
1. Topladığımız Veriler
Hesap bilgileri: Kayıt sırasında sağladığınız e-posta adresi ile ad veya kullanıcı adı.
Kimlik doğrulama: Parolalar güvenli hash yöntemleriyle işlenir ve açık metin olarak saklanmaz. E-posta doğrulama ve parola sıfırlama süreçlerinde güvenlik amaçlı kodlar kullanılabilir.
Kullanım verileri: Favori takım veya maçlar, bildirim tercihleri, sohbet mesajları ve uygulama ayarları.
Cihaz içi veriler: Bazı tercihler cihazınızda yerel depolama teknolojileri kullanılarak saklanabilir.
2. Verileri Nasıl Kullanıyoruz?
Verileri hesabınızı oluşturmak ve oturum açmanızı sağlamak, favori ve bildirim özelliklerini çalıştırmak, sohbet ve topluluk özelliklerini sunmak, uygulamayı iyileştirmek ve güvenliği sağlamak için kullanırız. Kişisel verilerinizi pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflara satmayız.
3. Üçüncü Taraf Veri Kaynakları ve Hizmetler
Maç verileri, oranlar, skorlar ve logolar API-Football ve football-data.co.uk gibi harici veri kaynaklarından sağlanabilir. Ayrıca uygulamanın teknik çalışması için barındırma, kimlik doğrulama, bildirim ve abonelik altyapısı sağlayan üçüncü taraf hizmetlerden yararlanılabilir. İlgili üçüncü tarafların kendi gizlilik uygulamaları geçerli olabilir.
4. E-posta İletişimi
E-posta adresiniz hesap doğrulama, parola sıfırlama, güvenlik ve gerekli sistem iletişimleri için kullanılabilir.
5. Veri Güvenliği
Verileri korumak için güvenli oturum yönetimi ve parola hashleme gibi makul teknik ve organizasyonel önlemler uygularız. Bununla birlikte hiçbir internet aktarımı veya elektronik depolama yöntemi mutlak güvenlik garantisi vermez.
6. Üyelik Verileri, Abonelikler ve Hesap Silme
Üyelik işlemleri kapsamında e-posta adresiniz, adınız veya kullanıcı adınız, kullanıcı hesabınıza ait benzersiz sistem kimliği, hesap tercihleri ve erişim yetkileri gibi hesapla ilişkili veriler tutulabilir.
Premium üyelik durumu, abonelik türü ve uygulama içindeki erişim hakları, üyelik özelliklerinin sağlanması amacıyla işlenebilir. Banka veya kredi kartı bilgileriniz OrEx Vision tarafından saklanmaz. Uygulama içi satın alma ve abonelik işlemleri, satın alımın gerçekleştirildiği uygulama mağazasının ödeme altyapısı üzerinden işlenir.
Verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu veya hizmetin sunulması, güvenliğin sağlanması ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi için gerekli olduğu sürece saklanabilir.
Hesap ve Verilerin Silinmesi: Kullanıcılar hesaplarının ve hesaplarıyla ilişkili kişisel verilerin silinmesini talep edebilir. Hesap silme talepleri, OrEx Vision hesabında kullanılan e-posta adresinden destek@oranexcel.com adresine gönderilmelidir. Talep gerekli hesap doğrulamasının ardından işleme alınır. Kullanıcı hesabı ve hesapla doğrudan ilişkili kişisel veriler, yasal olarak saklanması gereken bilgiler hariç olmak üzere sistemlerimizden silinir.
Hesap silme işlemi kapsamında kullanıcı profili, favoriler, bildirim tercihleri ve hesapla doğrudan ilişkili diğer kullanıcı verileri kaldırılabilir. Güvenlik, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi, uyuşmazlıkların çözümü veya yasal yükümlülükler nedeniyle saklanması gereken sınırlı kayıtlar yalnızca gerekli süre boyunca tutulabilir.
7. Çocukların Gizliliği
OrEx Vision 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar için tasarlanmıştır. Bilerek 18 yaşın altındaki kişilerden kişisel veri toplamayı amaçlamayız.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygun kanallardan duyurulabilir.

This Privacy Policy explains what information OrEx Vision (“App,” “we,” “us”) may collect, how it is used, and how it is protected.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: Your email address and name or username provided during registration.
Authentication: Passwords are processed using secure hashing methods and are not stored in plain text. Security codes may be used for email verification and password reset processes.
Usage data: Favorite teams or matches, notification preferences, chat messages, and app settings.
On-device data: Certain preferences may be stored locally on your device using local storage technologies.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to create and authenticate your account, operate favorites and notifications, provide chat and community features, improve the App, and maintain security. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Data Sources and Services
Match data, odds, scores, and logos may be obtained from external data sources such as API-Football and football-data.co.uk. We may also use third-party services for hosting, authentication, notifications, and subscription infrastructure. Those providers may apply their own privacy practices.
4. Email Communications
Your email address may be used for account verification, password resets, security, and necessary system communications.
5. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including secure session management and password hashing. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Membership Data, Subscriptions and Account Deletion
As part of membership operations, we may retain account-related information such as your email address, name or username, unique system identifier associated with your account, account preferences, and access permissions.
Your Premium membership status, subscription type, and in-app access entitlements may be processed to provide membership features. OrEx Vision does not store your bank or credit card details. In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the payment infrastructure of the app store where the purchase is made.
Your information may be retained while your account is active or for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
Account and Data Deletion: Users may request deletion of their account and personal data associated with their account. Account deletion requests must be sent to destek@oranexcel.com from the email address used for the OrEx Vision account. The request will be processed after necessary account verification. The user account and directly associated personal data will be deleted from our systems, except for information that must be retained to comply with legal obligations.
As part of account deletion, the user profile, favorites, notification preferences, and other data directly associated with the account may be removed. Limited records required for security, prevention of abuse, dispute resolution, or legal obligations may be retained only for the necessary period.
7. Children's Privacy
OrEx Vision is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from persons under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through appropriate channels.
